- Time Frame: Initiate a return, exchange, or replacement within 15 days of delivery.

- Returns: Items will be Return If defected Or Reached Its Expiry
- Exchanges: Applicable for size or colour changes, subject to availability.
- Replacements: Offered for defective or incorrect items(Staff Error).
- Refund Deduction: For returns, No Charges will be applied to cover processing and restocking.
- Replacement Charge: A fee of 350 PKR applies for exchanges or replacements, covering logistics and handling.
- Exchange Shipping: Customers bear the return shipping costs. Use a trackable service for safety.
- Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement. Price adjustments will be made for exchanges. Expect refunds within 3 to 5 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom-made products, and final sale items are excluded.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately for a hassle-free replacement without standard charges.
